1. Pre School tuition will be charged separately from tuition for K-8. The
multiple child tuition applies only to children enrolled in kindergarten through
8th Grade.
2. Tuition charges for all non-parishioners will be an additional $550.00 per
student. A parishioner is anyone registered at our Parish Center. Unless you
include your Parish Envelope Number, a $550.00 fee per student will be added to
your tuition account.
3. A non-refundable registration deposit of $50.00 per student must be paid with
the registration forms for all returning school families. For new families, we
are asking for a non-refundable deposit of $200.00. The deposit amount will be
deducted from the family’s total tuition and fees.
4. Tuition payment option: Tuition may be paid in full. A reimbursement of 3% of
the tuition amount will be subtracted from the total if the tuition is paid in
full with cash or by check by August 22, 2007.
5. Tuition payments will be made directly to the SMART Tuition Management
Program. The total amount, which includes tuition and fees, will be divided into
a 12-month payment plan. Parents will receive a monthly statement reflecting all
payments made and balance due.
Please note: Tuition balances may not be carried over to the next school year. A
3% late fee will be added to any balance unpaid as of June 1, 2008. In addition,
report cards will be held and registration acceptance for the following school
year will be contingent upon full payment of outstanding tuition and late fees.
